Easy as Checking Your Email

No matter how busy life is your E-Statement can't be misplaced at home. Available faster online, E-Statements are accessible from your Online Banking account with no additional passwords to remember. Choose to change one or all of your checking and savings statements to E-Statements.

How to Start E-Statements:

1. Login to your Online Banking.

2. From the Services drop down menu, select Electronic Statement.

3. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box that indicates you are in agreement.

4. Enter your email address where you would like to receive your E-Statement. Pioneer Bank will then send you an email to verify the address is valid.

5. While remaining in Online Banking, open your email message from Pioneer Bank and copy the verification code.

6. Return to your Online Banking, and paste the verification code into the text box requesting it.

7. Then, select to change one or all of your checking and savings statements to E-Statements and click the Submit button. Now, you will no longer receive your statements via the U.S. Postal Service for the account(s) that you selected. Thanks for going green!

How to Change Additional Statements to E-Statements:

1. Login to your Online Banking.

2. From the Services drop down menu, select Electronic Statement.

3. For a statement you'd like to change to an E-Statement, check the box in the same line of that account statement and click the Enroll button.

4. On the same screen you will see a message validating your change to an E-Statement. You're done! Thanks for going green!

You've Got Mail!

When your statement date arrives, you'll receive an email notification from Pioneer Bank that your E-Statement is ready for viewing. It's protected with your User ID and Password when you login your Online Banking account as usual. To view your statement, go the Accounts tab and select Statement. Then, select the Account and Statement Date you wish to view.

How to Change E-Statements Back to Paper Statements:

1. Login to your Online Banking.

2. From the Services drop down menu, select Electronic Statement.

3. For an E-Statement you'd like to change back to a paper statement, UNcheck the box in the same line of that account statement and click the Enroll button.

4. On the same screen you will see a message validating your account statement will now be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service only.
